EZ Hard Drive UpgrademKit

Reasonable price and easy to use, especially for a technical idiot like me. Upgraded a 320 Gb Laptop Harddrive to 500 gb in four hours. No problems/lost data so far.

More people should know about this kit

This did exactly what it claimed: I put a new, larger hard drive in the case, loaded the CD, clicked a couple of options and then the whole hard drive was cloned to the new one. I then replaced the old with the new hard drive to get exactly the same system down to the smallest detail, except with much larger free disk space. It's exactly what's needed to replace a laptop/notebook hard drive. The only question is why it takes a bit of searching on Amazon and Google to find it. It should be top of the list when searching for "replace/upgrade laptop hard drive".

super bit of kit

this kit is just the job if your hdd is full and youre not the nerdy type who can upgrade without help. The manual enabled me to do the transfer despite my operating system (vista) blocking the prefered method. Fast,clear highly recommended.
