A 10.1 inch tablet with a Gorilla Glass covered 10 point multitouch 1280 x 800 resolution widescreen IPS screen, it shows off fantastically broad viewing angles and rich saturated colours in up to 1080p video and has a Tegra 2 dual-core 1GHz processor plus 1GB of RAM and 16GB of flash storage. The textured back panel holds a 5MP camera, and the Transformer weighs 680g, comfortable to hold and clear to read.
However it becomes a notebook-style computer when docked into the fully functional QWERTY keyboard, which has its own battery and charges the Transformer when it runs dry, giving you up to an impressive 16 hours of battery life, enough for any day's work or play. The pleasingly solid chiclet keyboard has row of Android specific shortcut buttons, a responsive touchpad, and the dock adds two USB ports and a SD card reader to the tablet's mini HDMI port and microSD card slot.
