Delivery Options
We use FedEx and USPS for our methods of shipment. The weight and cost of a product determine the shipping method when opting for Free Ground Shipping. We also have a few other ways to get your shiny new purchase to your door even quicker.
Next Day:
For those in a hurry to get their hands on the latest gadget, next day delivery is available. This costs more, but means you get your tech as soon as possible.
2nd Day Delivery:
In a hurry but want to spend a little less? FedEx 2nd Day Air can have your new purchase to you in 2 days if you order an in stock product before 3PM CST.
Free Delivery:
For all regular orders you'll be given the choice of free standard delivery; if you are happy to wait a few days (standard delivery typically takes from 3 to 7 working days from dispatch) then choose this option, and you won't have to pay any extra.
Shipping Information
The table below shows the costs by package weight, destination and arrival estimate of packages shipped from our US warehouse in Illinois. A cell phone package usually weighs about 2lb. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that our order processing team may contact you with further shipping charges prior to shipment, based on delivery country. Purchases may also be picked up at our Bloomington, IL warehouse M-F 8am - 5pm.

a) USPS Shipping is only available for orders less than $75.00 and with a combined weight of less than 1 lb. USPS Shipping does not support tracking services.
b) The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, eXpansys are not responsible if this varies. Please note that a small amount of certain in stock products may require a 2 day processing period for delivery to California. Please call a sales rep for more information.
c) Some shipments will require a signature. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available.
d) If goods are returned to eXpansys because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
e) In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
