You will have to do the two upgrades first, before you can use the software. You can get the upgrades from here.

I've got the same problem that you had posted on the website, but I can't seem to get it straightened out. I have a palm Vx and had the software installed on my work laptop. However the computer died and was replaced, so I can't seem to find the disc to reinstall. I tried to follow the instructions that were on the board, but can't seem to get it to work. Can you help with some more detailed directions?
