DNS Server Unavailable or Unreachable - AOL

 Hi, been using 604t for 6 months now with no 'recent' problems, since yesterday I get a DNS server error, contacted DLINK and they say it is an authentication error, contact AOL and they say it is a router problem.
I have tried rebooting the router and reinputting my AOL username/password but still get the error.
Any help would be appreciated.
