"call ended" everytime I try to call

Hi everyone,

I'm having this huge problem. Every time I try to call someone, before it starts to ring, it says "call ended".

I tried calling my cell from another phone and everything's fine, but if I try to call from my cell, then I get that error.

Can someone help me out?
