Unlocked (what's this?)
What is an "Unlocked" phone?
Many cell phones are designed to use a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card to store subscriber data. These SIM cards are issued by the carrier and provide cell service to the phone. "Locked" cell phones will only recognize SIM cards from the carrier that originally provided the phone. Almost every cell phone provided by a US carrier is locked to that carrier’s network.
"Unlocked" cell phones will recognize SIM cards from any carrier using Global System Mobile Communications (GSM) technology. Customers with "unlocked" cell phones are able to use any GSM carrier of their choosing, including "pre-pay" or "no contract" SIM card options. "Unlocked" cell phones also accept international SIM cards that provide discounted rates while traveling abroad.

LG Optimus 3D Features
For:
- 1st phone with a 3D display.
- Records and plays back in 3D.
- The latest version of Android.
What we say:
“ The LG Optimus 3D, as the name implies is the 1st Android phone that has a 3D display that doesn't need glasses. Its the sci-fi promise that technology has been making for years finally coming true. In an instant every other 2D display no matter how good looks dated. Wisely LG haven't tried to apply a "3D" skin to Android, everything behaves on the phone as you expect in 2D. However as the twin camera's on the back hint at, its at multimedia where the 3D story comes into play. You can shoot photo's or video's in 3D and view them back in 3D on the phone.
A 3D display isn't the only trick the LG Optimus has. Inside you have the cutting edge dual core processor partnered with the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), a built in HDMI port lets you share HD movies on a big screen. The LG Optimus 3D is the first in what will be a wave of phones with 3D displays.

wow.. this phone rocks.. not much of a fan of the 2.3.5 android platform.. 2.2 was better in my opinion but otherwise the best phone i've seen to date. can't wait for 4.0 to be available

Paras puhelin mitä olen ikinä käyttänyt.
Näyttö on loistava, toistaa 3D todella hyvin, otaa hyviä 3D kuvia myös. Tehoa laitteessa riittää yllin kyllin. Mukana tulee suomen kielen valikot ym. näppäimistöön kuitenkin pitää hakea skandi päivitys. Laitteen kuulokkeet on parhaita mitä olen testannut, pysyvät korvassa helposti, lisäksi toistavat basson loistavasti.
