Accounts Assistant / Sales LedgerTrafford ParkeXpansys UK requires an experienced assistant to work in our head office based in Trafford Park. You must be confident, ambitious and a fast learner.

You will be responsible for the daily reconciliation of the sales in various currencies and data entry onto the main accounting package. You will also be responsible for HR and general office duties such as filing and procurement of stationery.

They are responsible for the development of new and existing sales opportunities and delivering excellent customer service to our wide range of multi channel customers via telephone and email.

This is a hugely important role within the team and the business. You will maximise sales and profit opportunities of all sales through both inbound and outbound customer contact. We've got where we are through providing superb customer service so you will need to be honest, diligent and enjoy speaking with customers.

Role:
  • To manage all inbound and outbound enquiries from web, telephone and email. Investigate and identify immediate and future opportunities and pursue leads into sales in order to meet and exceed targets.

  • Achieve and maintain preferred supplier status by effectively managing customers through an honest, diligent and timely approach to all requests and a professional manner at all times.

  • Manage throughput of orders, account applications, purchase orders and ongoing account management in order to ensure accuracy, timely settlement and a seamless customer experience.

  • Manage post sales service levels through regular communication, interfacing with other departments and delivering high quality results to ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times.

  • Experience of sales and customer service within the consumer electronics and telecommunications market either in retail/telesales/e-commerce would be beneficial but is not essential.

    To handle all aspects of finance for the US office and report to both UK & US management, as well as manage a team of accountants at various levels.

    Job Description Working with and leading a small team of finance personal this roles requires reporting and interaction at the highest company, This is a vital role that requires a strong level of financial control knowledge and reporting in the following areas:
    • Stock Control
    • High volume sales reconciliations
    • Inter-company transactions in multiple currencies
    • Full month end reporting including detailed analysis for board level review
    • Payroll and Tax
    • Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Cost control measures
    • Management of at least 3 direct reports


    Responsibilities
    • To ensure the finance team meet and exceed standards of performance required set by CFO
    • To ensure all reporting deadlines are met.

    Corporate Account Manager & Regional Corporate Account Manager Bloomington, IL (Districts: West, Central, East)eXpansys USA is looking to grow the corporate account team that is responsible for driving sales into medium-large size businesses. This role will require you to establish corporate relationships, to develop and close new business, and to grow existing business.

    This is an exciting role at eXpansys USA that will drive our corporate sales moving forward. The potential candidate can expect a large percent of the new accounts to be generated by active prospecting, with the remaining accounts to be targeted through an internal database.

    This role will also focus on a high-level of corporate customer satisfaction, along with improving the overall sales experience. This role will require a high-level of motivation, communication and a burning desire for success.

    Role:
    • Work directly with the USA sales team to drive revenue growth of new and existing customers.
    • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of the eXpansys products and solutions offered on the site.
    • Proactively reach out to new business and maintain a proper pipeline of customers to call on.
    • Responsible for territory planning and opportunity profiling.
    • Sales activity reporting.


    Requirements:
    • 3-5+ years of account management or sales-related experience.
